What we do
CRM and operations technology, delivered as consulting work
We work on the systems that hold customers, cases, and operational activity: Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Power Platform, contact center platforms including Five9, and the integrations around them.
That includes advising on an existing CRM, implementing or migrating platforms, cleaning and moving data, automating repeatable processes, and producing reporting people can stand behind.
We are not a creative or web-design studio. If the need is brand, marketing sites, or visual identity, that is outside this practice.
Philosophy
Business and technology should stay aligned
Technology should support the way a business operates rather than create unnecessary complexity.
Extra fields, unused automations, and disconnected tools raise cost without improving outcomes. We prefer fewer, clearer processes and systems that staff can explain without a specialist in the room.
How we engage
Discover, design, implement, then optimize
Engagements start with the current landscape: platforms, data, integrations, and the work people actually do. Recommendations come next—options, sequence, and risk—before build work begins.
Implementation covers configuration, migration, automation, and integration, with testing against real operating scenarios. After go-live, optimization focuses on adoption, reporting, and the manual steps that remain.
We do not sell a branded methodology or guaranteed business results. Scope is written in plain language so both business and technical stakeholders can follow it.
After delivery
Long-term maintainability
A solution that only the original consultant can change is unfinished. We pay attention to environments, naming, documentation, and ownership so internal teams can operate and extend the work.
Where a process still requires human judgment, we leave it with people rather than forcing brittle automation.
